Fishy Business

Our most recent function was a small one which involved a theme of fish and beer.mmm
The fish were all hand-made and we had fun with lots of watery props to add to the theme.

Down the Rabbit Hole!

When we were hired to do an "Alice in Wonderland" Batmitzvah we couldn't wait!

This childhood fantasy became all the rage again in 2010 with the new "Alice in Wonderland" movie out this year, so we went with a combination of old and new combined.

We wanted to focus on the "Mad hatter" aspect of it so I decided that I wanted to recreate Johnny Depps Mad- Hatter Hat Below:

Unfortunately the photos don't do justice to the event but there should be more on the way soon.

We also focused on the tea party theme and used giant tea-cups filled with gorgeous blooms.

Ladies Luncheon for Charity

We did a small function this week.

A ladies luncheon with all proceeds going to a very worthy cause. The charity was to do with stopping people trafficking especially of women and children. The day was great as we had a florist come to demonstrate a few tricks of the trade and at the end all his arrangements were auctioned off with proceeds going to charity.

Moroccan Engagement Extravaganza

We had an amazing time putting together my Moroccan themed engagement party.

I wanted a look that was as if we had transported to Marrakesh for the day.

I managed to hunt down some gorgeous silk fabric to hang above our guests to simulate a tent and it really came together beautifully.

The flowers were a huge array of colours and mainly in pinks, greens, purples, reds and oranges.

It truly was a day to remember.
